Responsible for managing information systems functions where specific systems management families do not exist (e.g. E-Commerce, Database Engineering, Database Administration, Business Systems Analysis, Systems Administration, Quality Assurance etc.). May analyze the needs of the company or functional departments and establish priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company?s information systems. May collect system requirements, techniques, and controls. Responsibilities include but are not limited to analysis, selection and modification of application software, installation of hardware and software, database management and integrity. Generally requires subject matter knowledge of a user group for practical application of system characteristics.Minimum Requirements
6+ years specific systems experience including 5+ years managerial experienceEducation
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experienceMcKesson Statement
