The Sr. Technology Support Analyst serves as the system administrator in charge of all server and PC related equipment within our automated pharmacy. Key responsibilities include:

 
Assisting pharmacy technicians and systems operators with PC servers, network and operating systems and infrastructure
User applications and system configuration 
Hardware setup
Troubleshooting issues
Reporting
Working with the technical services group
Serving as a key point of contact



Experience with Windows Server and Windows Desktop Environment is required, as is experience in automated manufacturing environments. Knowledge of LAN and SQL is required. Must have previously worked with a formal ticket management process. The ability to configure SQL databases and create reports using Crystal is preferred. Exposure to Profibus network controls and programmable logic controllers is also preferred. Microsoft certifications would be a strong asset. A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional work experience is preferred.
