Sr. Telecom Design Engineer - Call Center

PSG is currently screening candidate resumes for a long-term contract or contract to hire position with our client.

In this position the candidate will be expected to design and manage the deployment of local and national call centers.

The Data network resides on a Cisco backbone, the Application servers are HP, and Avaya products are used for the telecommunications platform.

The design engineer will be responsible for daily activities such as Re-configuring and upgrading servers, as well as large scale end to end projects involving the Design, Installation, Troubleshooting, and Configuration of Avaya telecom based Call Centers.

This position will require someone with Sr. Level expertise in Avaya products.

The client's IT structure is very robust and sophisticated, so a special consideration will be awarded to the candidate who can demonstrate solid working experience and the ability to thrive in a standards-based IT environment where change control procedures and thorough documentation are the norm.
