Sr Training Analyst II

Description:
The Sr. Training Analyst II is responsible for the planning, development and coordination of all IT related training activities and other organizational training as assigned. This position will also be responsible for researching, acquiring, developing, and maintaining computer based training (CBT), multimedia, and/or authoring software.

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree is required. Business, engineering, computer science, instructional design or other related area is preferred.
Minimum three (3) years of experience teaching/training in computer/software applications is required. Experience should include development and establishment of training programs, instructional design and needs analysis and the development of technical training documentation. Knowledge of eLearning technology, tools and methodology a definite plus. Proficiency in various web authoring tools (Dreamweaver, Flash including Action Script 2.0,) eLearning tools (Authorware and Captivate), graphics software (Photoshop, Fireworks, Acrobat) and desktop publishing is preferred. Minimum four (4) additional years of IT experience required. IT project management experience preferred. Healthcare background is preferred.
