Sr. Vice President of IT
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a full time Vice President of IT with a very stable and successful client in the Camarillo/Ventura County area. This is a management level position with direct management reports.
The candidate of choice will be responsible for establishing IT strategy, delivering projects and overseeing major development undertakings, delivering IT services in support of all products and applications for the designated area. Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills will be required to coordinate among the business units and IT.
Minimum qualifications:
Advanced degree from an accredited university or college.10+ years of managerial experience. 2-3 levels up from technical staff and experience reporting directly into the CIO/CEO level. Insurance experience required (claims, insurance payor, healthcare).Consulting and large enterprise project development experience.Proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budgets.Demonstrated ability to motivate, direct, coach and mentor technical and non technical teams. Local Southern California candidates will be considered first, but client will consider relocation for the right person. Salary range is very competitive with an excellent bonus and benefits plan.
