- Must be able to hand code HTML/CSS/Javascript/
- Must have solid foundation graphic design knowledge
- Extensive experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
- Strong Macromedia Flash
- MUST HAVE--strong ActionScripting experience!

- Must have a solid Portfolio and multiple examples demonstrating the skills
listed above
- Prefer candidates that have worked with Fortune 1000 clients

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creation of web designs for all assigned projects:
on time, on strategy, on budget
- Work with senior management to create client deliverables
- Capable of understanding and following creative briefs & technical specs
