<br><br><b>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</b><br><br>Monitors the work of team members and handles most complex issues/problems.  Acts as senior technical project manager overseeing the development and/or maintenance of web-based technology projects.  Coordinates the development, testing, and implementation phases with system support units.  Defines support requirements for hosting facilities, database management, and systems infrastructure.  Communicates ongoing project status with business teams and senior technical director.<br><br><b>Supervisory Responsibilities:</b><br><br>Provides direction to team or individual web developers.<br><br><b>Job Scope:</b><br><br>Responsible for the development of project plans and reporting.<br><br><b>Minimum Requirements:</b><br><br>Bachelor's degree or equivalent.  6+ years web/technical experience.  Strong knowledge of UNIX/NT platforms.  Strong knowledge of HTML, DHTML/Javascript, SUN/iPlanet Enteprise, Apache, IIS, etc.  Strong knowledge of WebLogic and JBoss application servers.  2-3 years of J2EE experience.  3-4 years Report Server experience with Crystal Reports,  Business Objects, Cognos, and Hyperion. Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently with internal customers.  Proficient in new technologies.  Strong Project management skills.  Ability to motivate and lead.
