Staff Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a four year degree or equivalent with 10+ years of applicable experience. Candidates with knowledge of SAP, and experience with SAP in a Sales Distribution environment with focus in CRM Front Office are encouraged to seek this opportunity. Strong oral and written communication skills as well as excellent analytical and design skills are a must.


This position will serve as a Sales and Services Relationship Manager. The responsibilities consist of but are not limited to preparation of a business proposal up to the prioritization process. These proposals will be in the areas of Sales, Service and Business Development Strategy into IT plans and solutions.


This position will serve as a single point of contact with designated business area for IT opportunity initiation, issues resolution, and business process consultation across the IT function. Responsible to assist business partners in navigating through the many layers of Information Technology.


This position will be responsible to conduct regular business communication with designated business partners to review current project status, validate current IT resource deployment and prioritize opportunities for the business area. This position may also serve as a team lead for the assigned business area IT analyst in regard to day to day assignment, issue resolution and escalation.


Communicates regularly with the business area IT Analyst(s) to assist in managing work load, communicate priorities and managing business expectations.


Serves as business liaison throughout the lifecycle of projects between Business Process Owners and Senior Business Managers on Sales Service and Business Strategy needs, opportunities, SAP education, and possible system or process changes.


Facilitates retirement, renovation and/or replacement decisions for IT systems applications. Coordinates with others to set priorities for demand management activities for work flowing into Applications Development.


May participate with IT Analyst and Business Project Leader in development of organizational change management activities associated with individual projects to insure the adoption of new or changed processes.
