Statement Process Manager w/ Investment Banking Experience

 

Business Owner of Customer Statements and operational aspects of Trade Confirms.  Work with other Business Owners, PMO, Product Managers, Applications Development teams and Print and Mail Management to ensure that projects are kept on track, milestones are being implemented as planned, and over-seeing the financial health of Statement and Confirm initiatives.  Facilitate and conduct Statement Governance Committee meetings, facilitate periodic project review meetings, project prioritization and issue resolution.  Develop and track process and project health through the use of metric reports, KPIs, analyzed reporting and OLA management.  This position requires strong analytical, problem solving, leadership and communication skills.  Must be able to effectively manage up and down.

 



EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

? Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.  MBA preferred

? 15 years experience as an IT professional with at least 5 years of project management experience

? Strong project management skills including project scoping, work planning, implementation management, meeting facilitation, Issue Resolution and proficiency with MS Project

? Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and accomplish team projects

? Advanced PC Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

? Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills

? Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

? Prior experience with Customer Statements highly desirable
