PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our client's Information Technology Department provides a range of services using two full-time staff. We are looking for the second member of that team. The IT Analysts work together running all aspects of the Information Technology Department, which includes help desk, hardware repair, network configuration, software purchasing, software design, and software development activities. These activities will be allocated on a day-to-day basis based on the needs of our client as well as each employee's strengths and interests. The IT Analysts also share the responsibility of generating the necessary earned-income statistical reports for departments, training new staff, and maintaining user accounts. An IT Analyst must be sufficiently skilled to continue most of the work of the department in the absence of the other IT Analyst.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to learn new and increasingly complex tasks independently.
- They must have four or more years experience in a job that includes business analysis or design tasks, and have a strong ability to communicate with end-users in non-technical language.
- Candidates should also have 3 or more years of experience in a job requiring programming or scripting; the technologies our client uses include VBA, ASP, ADO, Access/SQL Server databases, Javascript, and occasionally PHP.
- Candidates should have job experience in as many as possible of the following areas, and be willing to work in these areas: business/systems analysis, network administration, programming, computer repair, databases, training, help desk.
- Candidates must be willing to travel to our client's other sites within the Twin Cities Metro Area and have their own transportation.

Education and certifications will be considered alongside job experience.
