Store Systems Business Analyst

Position Summary: Manages store system applications to include Radio Frequency applications, electronic signing, auto-attendant and POS to ensure functionality. Identifies new technology or enhancements to existing systems to improve productivity and operations in the stores. Develops and maintains systems to collect store performance metrics. Analyzes, sorts and communicates information to District and Regional Managers and Corporate partners. Teams with productivity, ASSETS, and finance managers to ensure labor studies, budgeting systems, and labor scheduling are systemically connected to calculate accurate information.

Primary Responsibilities:
Identifies new store technology by attending user conferences and trade shows. Communicates to Manager of Store Systems and Productivity and Director of IS potential software and labor savings by implementing this new technology. Leads the effort to ensure the most important store IS developments are on the IS 3- year plan and are planned for implementation.
Solicits improvements to existing systems through store visits and district/regional manager recommendations. Leads the effort with Information Systems to implement and coordinate these changes.
Monitors total company POS register usage based on maximum productivity standards, communicates / implements change as necessary.
Determines number of POS registers needed in new and remodel stores by analyzing store sales and projected future sales growth.
Categorizes stores into sales levels by reviewing annual sales and projected increases on a semi-annual basis for the store finance team to utilize in store labor budget development.
Develops, implements and maintains systems to support store, district, regional and territory managers in operational performance reporting.
Develops and implements workload requests along with VP of Operations, Productivity and Finance managers based on immediate need and 3-year planned strategies. Serves as a liaison for all areas involved in improvement projects and ensures targeted completion dates will be met.
Creates and maintains store retention/hiring reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations based on reporting. Works with VP of Operations and assigned regional managers in leading the retention big idea.

Preferred Qualifications:
Superior knowledge in MS Excel and other MS Office Suite software products.
Information Systems experience with Store Systems.
Retail Store experience preferred.
