Strategy Project Manager, Regional Ops and Collections
CITY: Shelton STATE: Connecticut COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
- Provide input for and drive Technology plan for the Regional Operations and Collections IT Organization around Latin America and Canada, ensuring that plans for their planned/assigned applications integrate effectively with other aspects of the regional technical infrastructure.
- Lead development and implementation for ApplinX software solutions that digitizes and automates call center processes across GE Consumer Finance- Americas
- Obtain P&L buy-in and oversee the implementation and deployment of Regional Strategy
- Responsible for building a strong relationship with business team
- Project Management for various Regional Operations and Collections initiatives, responsible for proactively managing all aspects of IT project delivery through the complete project lifecycle

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- 5+years experience with credit card or Consumer Finance IT systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence team members, management and external groups. Proven ability to influence and interact effectively with senior level business leaders and manage expectations
- Ability to multi-task on a variety of different projects involving complex work assignments
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team environment
- Proven problem resolution and analytic skills
- Project Management experience with large projects - proven track record
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and drive completion of deliverables from various functional sub-teams
- Proven ability with key Operations and Collections concepts/ tools and their applications
