Subcontracts Administrator

L-3 Communications Titan Group Intelligence Solutions Division has an opening for a Subcontracts Administrator.

Responsibilities include:


*Develops, negotiates and administers subcontracts, of moderate dollar value, risk, and complexity, consistent with client requirements and procurement policies/procedures.
*Creates complex solicitations, supports proposals, conducts price and cost analysis, negotiates price/cost and price/cost related terms and other subcontract provisions
*Works with other program staff to ensure compliance with required performance.
*May recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
*Works on assignments that are of moderate to high complexity, where analysis of routine and non-routine data is required.
*Exercises independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
*Contributes to the development and attainment of the organization's goals and objectives.
*Regularly Interacts with other procurement organization staff, functional peer groups, suppliers and internal customers.
*May interact with senior management.
*Works under limited direction and uses independent judgment.
*Normally receives no instruction on routine work, and general instruction on progressively more complex assignments,
* Prepare subcontract files and requisite documentation.
*Develops and negotiates Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements with subcontractors.


 

Education:
* Bachelors degree (Business Administration or Accounting/Finance) and 3-5+ years related experience.


Required Skills:
*Requires knowledge and experience, and the ability to perform non routine job requirements, within the scope of the position, with minimal assistance.
*Requires knowledge of business principles such as procurement business and contract law, finance and accounting.
*Requires experience in procurement and related functions, with particular emphasis on negotiation and contract administration.
*Knowledge of CPSR and automated procurement systems a plus


Desired Skills:
*Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and various agency supplements.
*Work in a team environment and have a can-do attitude.
