Support Desk Analyst

Support Desk Analyst Description: Be a part of a Fortune 200 company as a Support Desk Analyst. This position is part of the iLevel Sales Support IT Team and will report to the Team Lead. iLevel distributes building materials across North America to retail and industrial customers. The position is part of the Odyssey Application Support Desk which provides Odyssey and Business Process help to the iLevel business.



Requirements:
Key Functions:
*Provide superior customer service in support of the Odyssey application on the Odyssey Application Help Desk. This also includes the business use of the application to support sales, transportation, operations, finance and analysis.
*The function includes training, testing, problem resolution, communicating with business users and limited on-site location support.
*Analyze issues to find short-term and long-term solutions.

Requirements:
*BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education, training and/or experience.
*Minimum of 2 years experience related to customer and help-desk support.
*Attention to detail, strong documentation and multi-tasking skills.
*Knowledge of Odyssey and the iLevel Business is strongly desired.
*The ability to participate in a rotating weekly on-call schedule.
*Good technical skills (either knowledge or ability to quickly learn technical skills)
*Ability to multi-task and change gears quickly as urgent issues arise
*Self-motivated.
*Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
*Strong desire to learn, translate knowledge to a skill, and share both the knowledge and skill.
