Sr. Programmer/Analyst position - Synon (Advantage/2) - Contract

Synon contract programmer/analyst position

Minimum 5 years experience with Synon (Advantage/2e)

Minimum 8 years experience in IT industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must

Background in Healthcare, Billing and Financial systems preferred.

Expectations include but not limited to:

Expected to analyze, design, program (create and maintain) and test complex Synon, RPG and CL programs.

Expected to document business and technical designs for when requested

Expected to meet with and facilitate requirements gathering session, design sessions and system review sessions with users.

Expected to write comprehensive test plans for software changes for Quality Assurance team.

Expected to provide status reports on a weekly basis to project manager.
