Sys Admin - VoIP & MS

This position is located in our FL, Tampa (MacDill AFB) facility

Windows systems administrator with 4+ years of NT/W2K/W2K3 experience supporting a global Active Directory (AD) infrastructure with several thousand users in a mixed Windows and UNIX environment. Candidate will provide senior level knowledge/Tier 3 support to MAJCOM customer and its components with a specific focus on Voice over IP (VoIP) support. Applicant is responsible for tier 3 infrastructure, design, implementation, troubleshooting, and support; will build, configure, and administer several hundred servers worldwide. Candidate may deploy to the Middle East to support customer servers and sites. Knowledge base shall include AD, DDNS, DHCP, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, TFTP, RTP, SCCP, HTTP, NAS, AVVID, VoIP. MS Back-office, COTS and GOTS applications.

Bachelors Degree in computer science or equivalent experience with additional advanced and specialized training in Windows based networks/systems administration/network administration. Candidate must be accustomed to military deployed environments and preferably shall be familiar with server hardware, communication systems, and intelligence information systems. A comprehensive technical knowledge with strong communication skills (written & oral), and strong customer interface skills is extremely important. An Industry Standard Certification is REQUIRED. Prefer MCSE 2000 or 2003. Prefer strong Exchange background.

Minimum 4 years experience in the LAN administration on Operating System Software listed above. Require strong troubleshooting background in computer hardware, communications equipment, LAN. Experience with CISCO Call Manger configuration and operations a tremendous asset.

Candidate must be prepared for extended deployments to hazardous duty zones. 24 hour recall/mobilize for deployment. TS/SBI SCI Required.

Position is currently posted as a Red Band-WERI11 (Staff Member - IM) due to optimal skill set, but we will consider entry level staff with appropriate skills and motivation, and based on experience level will define assignment as Silver Band-WNSU22 (Field Representative Specialist), or Silver Band-WNSU23 (Field Representative Senior Specialist) if appropriate.
