System Administrator

Job Responsibilities:
We currently seek a Systems Administrator for our facility located in Mechanicsburg, PA. Duties and Responsibilities:


? Develops and directs programs to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and utilization of the facility ? Facilitates the development, documentation and implementation of software tools in support of distribution goals ? Analyzes existing methods and processes to enhance operating efficiency and productivity in such areas as inventory management, material handling, price management and/or information management ? Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements ? Promotes effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods ? Provides light programming support and analysis ? Implements new systems and/or procedures.


Qualifications and Requirements:


? Bachelor degree in information systems or related discipline required coupled with 1-2 years of system administrator experience ? Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all strata of the organization by utilizing excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, as well as demonstrated success in working with hourly associates ? Excellent PC skills coupled with the ability to quickly learn new software ? Microsoft or Novell certification preferred but not required
