This North Orange County based manufacturer is currently looking to add a pivotal Engineer to a growing team. Currently the organization is planning a migration from Exchange 5.5-2003, so those that have been a lead and done this migration are a must. Candidates must aslo be experts in Windows 2000/2003 OS and preferably been a lead in rolling out an environment. Strong AD,Cisco,SQL,ERP and Pix "5e are must have technical skills. The majority of this position will focus on the LAN however this is a team oriented environment so personality, leadership mentality and self motivation are must haves in candidates. We are a manufacturer so "hands on" approach is what we are looking for. We are also currenlty running VOIP Avaya.

This opportunity has immidiate growth potential as we will experience rapid expansion in the next year.
