Job Description: Prudential Financial Group Insurance organization is seeking a ideal candidate to join the Workflow Imaging group. The qualified individuals key responsibility will be to serve as a development specialist of the technical staff and provide development guidance. The ideal candidate will work on multiple projects at one time that are complex and aggressive.

Candidates to be considered for this position should have at least 5 + years in image workflow technology development and 5 + years in web development. This position requires extensive travel to business customer sites. This position will also require the selected individual to work with on-site contractor consultants and offshore contractors.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidates required proficiencies:

High degree of proficiency in web design & development technologies.

Comprehensive knowledge of imaging and workflow technologies.

High degree of proficiency in WebSphere development.

High degree of proficiency in Microsoft .NET development.

High degree of proficiency in Java development.

High degree of proficiency in C++ & C# development.

Comprehensive knowledge of database design.

High degree of proficiency in Sybase & SQL Server development.

High degree of proficiency in Documentum design, development & implementation.

Familiar with IBM Content Manager Development.

High attention to detail

Learn business processes and assist our internal business partners with the business requirements documentation process.

Develop business assessment questionnaires

Develop system integration test plan based on business requirements

Develop Installation Guides

Familiar with PVCS Version Manager & PVCS Tracker.

Ability to work with team members to develop Proof-of-Concept systems

Ability to provide system demonstrations

Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously

Ability to work in a team environment
