Systems Analyst

Key Role: Work under general supervision to formulate and define the scope and objective of systems through research and an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Use this knowledge to develop or modify moderately complex information systems. Perform analysis of business and user needs, document requirements, and revise existing system logic difficulties as necessary.  



Functional/Industry Knowledge:
-2+ years of experience with systems analysis


-2+ years of experience with translating user requirements to technical requirements and with analysis and testing


-Ability to pay strict attention to detail required


-Knowledge of document management and testing software systems preferred


-Possession of excellent analytical skills required


-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills



Education/Certifications or equivalent required:
BA or BS degree in IT or a related field required
