Systems Analyst - Windows Administration

This individual will be responsible for helping set the strategic direction for the Enterprise Windows team. They will also be working with application teams to ensure their needs are met while still maintaining standards. Additionally, this position will work with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix, ADAM, and MIIS.Installation, configuration and maintenance of complex server hardware /storage equipment /system software
Full testing of server/storage equipment/system configurations
Updating of all systems documentation
Administration of security policies
Coordination of Systems Management setup
Quality Assurance of server installation orders and implementation.
Performance of all duties associated with Level 2 Call Management, to include on-call rotation
Isolation and diagnosis of general system problems including root cause analysis
Proactive monitoring of system performance and availability
Determination and assignment of appropriate service priorities and escalation as required
Conduct of comprehensive (to include business) impact analysis to determine appropriate technology configurations
Resolution of server/storage/system capacity issues
Development and analysis of relevant trend data regarding hardware/software problems and outages
Exploitation of systems management tools/technology to drive delivery of optimal performance, availability and recovery solutions to the business.
Design and development of complex system test plans, including functional, integration, and stress
Design and documentation of server/storage/system support processes, procedures, and service levels
Design and documentation of complex multi platforms (to include) multiple operating systems, hardware, environment and systems management platforms
Consultation with ISS and Customer Leadership on system integration and design issues.
Execution of service requests in accordance with established service level objectives and/or project plans
Effective measurement and reporting of results
Active leveraging of supplier relationships to positively impact business results
Development and communication of trend data to effectively measure supplier performance
Establishment of credibility with partners while maintaining expectations
Compliance with established change control processes
Frequent and meaningful communications with ISS and business partners via both formal and informal channels/ mechanisms
"Marketing" and "Selling" ISS solutions that bring business value to the ConAgra Foods Enterprise
Demonstrate/support company values in all activities.Four-year college degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent is preferred
3 years experience of Microsoft Windows
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
Must be able to work in a team environment
Excellent oral and written skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Experience in dealing with technology vendors a plus
