Job description:

 

The Systems Development Manager Project Management will manage an IT Project Office for IT Application Portfolio Management in addition to managing a team of professionals supporting application development and maintenance for assigned business functions and new development projects and supports maintenance and enhancement activities.  In this role you will build and implement processes for Project Plan Management, Scope Management, Performance Management, Financial Management, Quality and Risk Management, Issues Management, Vendor Management, and Communication and Change Management.  In addition, you will evaluate business opportunities and implement cost effective solutions.  This position will report to Director level management.

 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Minimum of eight (8) years experience in systems development.Minimum of ten (10) years experience in building Project Management standards and processes in support of Program Management consistency.Project and people management experience.Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of systems development.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Experience managing small to medium sized teams.Robust process background coupled with the ability to remain flexible in an aggressive and dynamic environment.Excellent analytical skills.
