Systems Programmer

ASL sells data for direct mail, e-mail and on- line lead generation services to companies listed in the Fortune 100 .We are looking for aNetwork Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. ASL is located in Mineola, NY and is a subsidiary of Euro RSCG Worldwide.

 

We're looking for a deadline oriented person with a passion for developing and maintaining systems applications that push technology within the constraints of Corporate Budget.

 

 This person should be highly skilled in software development in addition to possessing people skills while assisting fellow employees and external customers.

 

 Skills required:

Visual Basic, MS SQL, MySQL (MS ACCESS, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Java/J2SE a +)

 

 Experience Required:

5+ Years of Application Development/Documentation Experience

5+ Years of SQL Database Experience (clustering knowledge a big +)

 

Other Skills/Experience (+ but not mandatory):

Active Directory, DNS, Cisco Router/Firewall configuration

Server/Workstation/PC Troubleshooting Skills

SMTP/POP server configuration

Web Development a plus (HTML, CSS, etc)

ESX / VMWARE a Plus
