Systems Senior Analyst

Purpose of Job

Senior System Analyst to provide direct support to the National Security Agency on the Navigator Contract and contribute to the development and production of the Joint Airborne SIGINT Architecture (JASA).

The primary function of the CV team is to review tactical systems throughout various stages of the system lifecycle and to conduct assessments of those systems.  The team examines requirements documentation and systems specifications to determine the standards used in the development of the system.  The team then cross-references the collected data with mandated standards called out in various architectures.  the team currently performs Compliance Verification assessments of systems to architechural standards and will be performing Interoperability assessments of systems in the future.   

RequirementsBS or higher degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering5-10 years experiences with SIGINT systemsExcellent written and oral communication skillsGood understand of C4ISR or DoD architecture frameworkAbility to model SIGINT system performanceTS/SCI with current lifestyle polygraph

Helpful but not requiredExperience with JASA, MCA, or service specific cryptologic architecturesExperience with tactical SIGINT systemsExperience with systems evaluation and operational testing
