Job Description
The Systems Engineer will be the first point of contact for all technical calls and emails. The ideal candidate will be providing pre-sales technical support by, answering questions about the functionality of the products, presenting and performing software demonstrations to educate prospects and customers in the use, features and benefits of the products, building lab environments for testing, and escalating issues requiring troubleshooting to the Senior Support Engineer.

Requirements3+ years experience as a Systems Engineer 2-3 years experience as a Microsoft systems administrator System Administration skills require the ability to install, configure and maintain a broad level of systems for stabile test environments that can replicate customer environments across a very wide range MS operating systems and Exchange, Active Directory, SQL or Oracle expertise LAN technology, security compliance regulations, back up, storage, storage networking and security protocols Unix (AIX, Solaris) experience is a strong plus Ability to troubleshoot network hardware problems, utilize network analyzers and test equipment, and understand the relationship between the network and production applications is a strong plus Knowledge of scripting languages (Perl, VB, DOS, Unix shell) is a plus Excellent presentation, organizational, documentation, and written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization Must have excellent organizational, documentation, and written/verbal communication skills. BS/BA degree strongly preferred.
