Objective:To provide support for the Branch office computer systems, hardware and desktop software.

Essential
Functions:Provide support for internal Company software.
Troubleshoot problems in a timely manner.
Provide support to internal customers.
Additional responsibilities as required.

Required
Experience:
2 to 5 years in a computer support role.


Required
Skills &
Knowledge:Thorough understanding of Windows XP/2000.
Relevant industry certifications (CompTia A+ and/or Microsoft MCP) or willingness to obtain them.
Strong communication and organizational skills

Required
Competencies:Self-motivated.
Ability to prioritize workload and work well under pressure.
Ability to problem-solve.
Team player.
Provide exceptional customer service.


Other:
May require overtime.
