TECHNICAL DATA ANALYST

Blue Oasis Technologies, Inc. currently has an urgent full-time permanent position for one of our clients located San Diego, CA for a Technical Analyst.? This position will have both project and operational responsibilities.? The project responsibilities will include assessing client's needs, devising appropriate solutions and executing the work.? In addition, you will also be responsible for assisting with software and database installation, data administration and computer operations.

Responsibilities also include:Specify projects; define deliverables and timeframes; define business rules; intake and assess client data; prepare data for processing; set process control parameters; execute and monitor job steps; produce data output.Set up MS Access/SQL Server databases; load large datasets, develop and run recurring jobs, and monitor system and application performance.Modify exiting and developing new complex Access and SQL processes for job set up, workflow automation, data import/export, data cleaning, data matching/merging, processing and business rule automation.Perform QA testing and review project output to ensure data integrity and that client specifications have been satisfied.

Requirements:At least 3-5 years of project work.At least 3+ years of development experience with MS Access, SQL Programming, SQL Server, VBA, and MS Excel.Experience in managing data in a database, analyzing customer-level data, assessing data quality and good problem-solving skills.
