The Tradebook International Development Team is seeking a senior Unix/C/C++ software developer to work on a real time equities trading platform. The position requires writing complex C/C++ code and the ability to work cooperatively within an existing team to build innovative tools to help

our clients trade in over 30 international exchanges. The candidate will also be involved in designing/architecting our client/server applications with emphasis on efficiency, reliability and time to market. Effective communication skills are also very important for this position since frequent interaction with other groups, team members and Sales is necessary.

Requirements

4+ years of multithreaded programming in C/Unix on real time systems

Strong knowledge of C++ and experience in designing object oriented systems

Strong knowledge of real-time processing concepts

Experience with network protocols like TCP/IP

Experience with FIX protocol and CCI connectivity
