TRO Analyst - Total Retirement Outsourcing

Objectives

-Define and document defined benefit data model on the OmniPlus dBen system for the CitiStreet TRO product offering
-Participate in the design, documentation, and testing of all peripheral CitiStreet applications supporting the TRO product
-Support the implementation of the initial client onto the TRO Product

Daily Activities:

-Systems analysis and data model definition
-Requirements and Functional design documentation
-Test case development and execution
-Data conversion analysis and documentation

Key Performance Indicators:

-Consistent demonstration of CitiStreet core values.
-Strong conceptual understanding of defined benefit plan service requirements and supporting system applications
-Strong understanding of OmniPlus and the dBen data subsystem
-Product quality requirements and functional design documents
-Generate sound solutions to presented business scenarios
-Produce sound and comprehensive test cases relative to the product business scenarios and use cases
-Close attention to detail, and consistently high quality of work. Minimal need for rework, and / or peer / management correction of work.
-Able to communicate clearly (both written and verbally) within the department, and with internal partners.
-Ability to work autonomously, and manage several simultaneous tasks.
