Team Lead, Technical Implementation Services

Job Description:

The Team Lead, Technical Implementation Services will provide technical expertise and supervision to a team of technical resources performing implementations of the EIG suite of products. In addition, the Team Lead, TIS will also work directly with customers to insure the proper pre-work is completed in preparation for their upcoming implementation.

Primary Responsibilities
? Provide daily supervision and direction for technical project managers,
interface specialists, and technical advisors.
? Provide mentoring to all technical resources in technical best practices,
EIG implementation best practices, consulting standards, and general
customer interaction soft skills.
? Coordinate new ways to enhance implementation methodology
processes by working with other team leads on a peer level.
? Develop effective relationships with client representatives.
? Proactively engage with customers to perform pre-work for EIG
implementations to include hardware configuration review, technical
implementation planning and preparation, interface sample gathering,
and interface pre-work.
? Proactively identify and manage implementation issues and risk,
develop constructive solutions and recommend specific courses of
action.
? Provide planning and analysis implementation services.
? Assist in establishing and managing to product implementation
timelines.
? Reinforce customer training on the use of software products.
? Assist technical resources in guiding customers in all aspects of
system design and build.
? Assist technical resources in guiding customers in all aspects of
testing phase to ensure a quality productive use outcome.
? Assist technical resources in guiding customers in pre-live planning
and pre-live checklist.
? Assist technical resources in supporting the customer during product
activation.
? Maintain a detailed understanding of Document Imaging products both
technically and functionally
? Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex customer issues.
? Utilize best practice methodologies, tools and techniques to improve
effectiveness of deliverables and efficiency of deliverable preparation.

Qualifications/Skills:
? Excellent leadership skills
? Excellent organizational and communication skills
? Excellent troubleshooting skills
? Advanced knowledge of:

o MS operating system installation
o MS SQL
o Hardware and software clustering
o High availability server solutions
o High speed storage networks
o Hardware architecture
o Database installation, management, query writing, stored
procedure writing, backup/restore
? Knowledge of:
o Interface standards and types
o Networking
o Computer room operations and best practices
o Back up and recovery solutions
? Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or other related field
or equivalent experience
? Ability to travel up to 70%Education
