Exciting Travel Industry client seeks Desk Side Technical Support candidate. The successful candidate will work supporting PC?s in the areas of hardware setup and software configuration on Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 2000 and Windows XP)
Required Experience: Desk Side Support Services 1+ year previous experienceMust have previous customer service experience
Required Skills: Hardware set upSoftware driver configuration Familiar with exchange-clients and OWA, IISMust be able to perform basic network troubleshooting.Must have experience in Microsoft Office-specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.Must be familiar with TCP/IP, ONS, VLANS, RJ45 Cabling.Must have the ability to lift 70lbs and bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, under and around desk.Certifications from Dell, HP, Microsoft, or Cisco a plus.
