Technical Analyst

Permanent Direct Hire Opportunity in Irving, TX

Technical Analyst (Level One Support Team) to provide technical support to customers via telephone. Position requires exceptional customer service skills along with good oral and written communication skills.

Experience requirements:

*1-3 years experience with MS Operating Systems (Win200/XP/98)

*1-3 years Database applications (Access/SQL)

*1-3 years Framemaker experience

*1-3 years Telephony experience

*Demonstrated knowledge of call center applications and environments

*Bachelor?s degree---3.5 GPA minimum
