Technical Analyst- Security/Identity Management

Western & Southern Financial Group is currently seeking a Technical Analyst focused on Security and Identity Management to work in our Enterprise Architecture Department in Cincinnati, OH. The purpose of this role is to research, recommend and implement new solutions in enterprise Information Security and Identity Management.

Leads technology evaluation to select proper technologies required to support the agreed upon architecture for infrastructure and applications.

Job Desciption
? Leads requirements, analysis and design for new technologies needed to meet current and new Security and Identity requirements.
? Plans and implements major technical projects or consults on technology projects that have enterprise-wide applicability to ensure they adhere to W&SFG?s strategic technology direction and standards.
? Provides Security and Identity architecture direction to teams, ensuring that all technologies work effectively together and W&SFG standards are appropriately met.
? Generates reusable ?best practice? security reference architectures, documentation and blueprints outlining the information security strategy. Deliverables include templates, architectural patterns, technology standards and guidelines for reuse.
? Performs, reviews and makes recommendations on results of internal security vulnerability assessments
? Ensures enterprise security processes are integrated across the organization enabling standard and repeatable processes
? Participates in the definition of security policy for W&SFG.
? Works with IT Security and Compliance to define the information architecture strategy and architecture roadmap.
? Assists development staff in new tools and techniques, through formal training, one-on-one mentoring and problem-solving assistance.
? Provides ?swat team? style support to development projects, by resolving problems of the most complex, technical nature.

Qualifications and Skills
? Experience with directory configuration, LDAP, Identity Management Platforms such as SiteMinder, scripting ability
? Experience with one or more of the following: JNDI, slapd, ADAM, slurpd, Netscape/SunOne Directory, Fedora Directory, CriticalPath, SecureWay, etc.
? Experience with available standards and technologies for implementing security policies like WS-Security, WS-Policies, Encryption and Digital signatures, Public and Symmetric keys, Federated and Single-sign on, Identity Management (SAML)
? Experience with one or more of the following: two-factor authentication, encryption, vulnerability assessment & remediation, penetration testing, secure wireless, secure web, content filtering, data loss preventionlopment.
