Technical Analyst-Web Application
Description:
The Technical Analyst works with the Your Total Rewards (YTR) product. This involves working with Project Managers, Delivery Team lead and Operations to configure, build, and test the environment set-up for all implementations. The technical analyst serves as a resource for issue resolution for the entire team. The technical analyst may manage upgrades to software that is used by the business.
Activity/ Responsibility
Provides technical support to Project Manager/client Technical Contact for client technical requirements during the delivery process, and consults on CSSO configurations or other technical requirements for the project
Creates Technology Environments for client application
Configures client application during the client delivery process
Unit tests and Quality Assurance tests the technical features of the client application
Maintains technical project plan for client implementation
Troubleshoots technical- and data-related issues during the implementation process
Performs system upgrades across all client applications
Performs process improvements for ongoing maintenance of live client applications
Liason with TBIA Operations on client-set ups and issue resolution
Qualifications:
Experience:
Preferred Years of Experience: 1-2 years
Technical support or other technical background is preferred
Education:
Bachelors Degree required (Computer Science, MIS, etc. preferred)
