Working as a consultant with Accenture, you will build core business, technology and industry expertise helping to deliver world-class business and technology solutions that enable clients to become high performance businesses.  Consultants must be professionals who have an interest in how business processes work and interact.  In addition, consultants need to apply their skills in project and program management while exhibiting leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, and organizational change.  Finally, consultants also need to have a working knowledge of the industry and/or the functional areas they serve.

 

Successful candidates should possess strong team working, self-management, communication, issue resolution and client facing skills. Work is primarily project based, within an implementation team, and requires involvement in the design, build and testing of applicable ICM packaged software solutions. 

 

Specific responsibilities:

?  Capture & document incentive compensation requirements from clients, via interviews or workshops, ensuring suitable balance of needs, technical capability, delivery feasibility, industry best practice

?  Perform gap analysis detailing functional gaps between targeted ?To be? design and functionality of packaged software solutions. Create high-level and detailed design documentation, accurately mapping requirements into ICM applications: Callidus TrueComp or Siebel ICM

?  Build in-scope functional & technical requirements based on design documents including ICM data architecture and integration, reporting, security, and integration with intranet/extranet - ensuring optimized ICM solution design and best practice documentation

?  Prepare for and execute Component, System Integration & Performance testing, including bug resolution

?  Candidates with suitable experience may also be expected to undertake the following:

?  Lead Technical team during an Incentive Compensation project w/ activities including: requirements and technology gap analysis, high-level solution design through detailed design, infrasture sizing and design, development, system & performance testing, deployment

?  Plan & manage a work package to expectations

?  Ensure design, development & testing work is completed to standard

?  Support identification, tracking, and resolution of program level issues and risks 

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

?  1-5 years experience w/ incentive compensation methodologies (bonus and commissions) and design approaches to accommodate them in an ICM package software environment

?  1-5 years experience with optimized solutions with one of the following:  Callidus TrueComp, Siebel ICM, Motiva, Synygy, Trilogy, Oracle IC, Centive.

?  1-5 years experience integrating Sales & Marketing, HR, Billing, Payroll, and ICM applications and resolving isues arising from integration

?  1-5 years experience across the typical implementation lifecycle for ICM software package including analysis and technical design, security design, infrastructure design and setup, data integration, testing [including performance], and development of needed reports.

?  1-5 years experience with Informatica, Oracle dB, PL SQL, Unix and shell scripting.

Other skills

?  Direct experience designing and building LDAP-based security integration to an intranet or extranet environment.

?  Ability to lead technical requirements gathering efforts and design sessions together w/ client personnel, employing frameworks and experience to identify potential issues early, educate, and help build consensus

?  Organize & lead performance testing
