Technical Architect II

This position will fill a key role within the Enterprise Architecture Program team. The position will be responsible for working directly with all levels of Kelly business personnel to address needs for new technology solutions to create business value. The position will be the primary focal point for all IT Requests that are complex in nature and cross engineering boundaries within IT. This senior position requires an individual that is skilled in several technical areas as well as the proven ability to work effectively with all levels of Kelly business personnel.

Duties of this position include the following:
- Creating holistic estimates and designs of technology solutions for unique undertakings (projects) based on business requirements.
- Creating or understanding business strategies, needs, requirements, and processes of a proposed solution.
- Ensuring alignment of a project solution with Kelly's Enterprise Architecture plan.
- Assessing the technology and financial implications for all alternative solutions, M&A efforts and ASP investigations.
- Ensuring all aspects of the user experience are addressed including the features/functions, the flow of processing activities and the corresponding support services.
- Ensuring all user and data security considerations are addressed for a new solution per guidelines.

Qualifications include a Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. 15 or more years of progressive experience with significant exposure to multiple platforms and demonstrated leadership ability. Recognized expert in multiple technologies, processes and/or methodologies. Effective communication skills are essential to successfully negotiate or influence customer and senior management interactions. Expert project management and multiple software development methodologies and concepts (both traditional and Rapid Application Development). Excellent analytical, problem solving ability, facilitation and negotiation skills. Must have an understanding of business and technical requirements associated with project implementation.
