We are currently seeking managers in our technology integration practice.? We are expanding our technical architecture group as a result of significant growth within our?health care practice.?
Health Care experience is not?a requirement for these positions, we are seeking solid architects that have a desire to work within this industry segment, we're willing?to teach the Health Care industry skills, but we need your deep technology architecture experience.? The?Health Care and Life Sciences (Health Plan, Provider and Life Sciences/Pharma)?practice is one Deloitte's highest?growth industries, leading the charge in?the consulting marketplace.?

The required experience should include:
- Bachelor's Degree; an advanced degree or MBA is helpful.
- 7+ years experience within a?large management consulting firm and/or industry leading?corporation
- Architecture experience?with significant?depth around?designing, implementing, and managing critical cross-functional application development and integration projects.?
- Engagement experience should include IT Strategy initiatives, middleware implementations, application design and development, and leveraging overall
technical architecture knowledge across multiple industries.
- The preferred candidate will have 5-8 years experience delivering technology?solutions to fortune 500 organization
- Architecture experience should include one?to?several of the following:
- Application Architecture
- Data Architecture
- Integration/Security
- Infrastructure Architecture
- Extensive experience with vendor selection
- Extensive project management and planning skills
- "Big 4" experience preferred
- Ability to accommodate client-based weekly travel
?This position will also be accountable for managing a team on a larger "transformational" initiative at a client.??Managers will have experience playing the role of application or technical architect in delivering?technology solutions.? Experience should include:
- Scoping and planning of a piece of work as part of an overall program
- Developing work plans and work
programs
- Managing schedule, staffing and budget variances for their team
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Building and providing leadership to a diverse team
- Supporting the sales process
