Our client in the Pittsburgh area has an immediate need for a Technical Business Analyst. The successful candidate will possess the following skills:Experience and knowledge of project methodology and the application development life-cycleStrong experience and proficiency in developing business requirements and in conducting user acceptance/regression testingData analysis skillsProficiency in end-user tools, such as SQL, SAS, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft WordExcellent written and oral communicationStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsHealthcare experience, strong technical background, and an understanding of actuarial and underwriting processes are pluses.

The successful candidate will function as a project analyst for system development. Responsibilities will include: defining business requirements; developing preliminary designs; developing test plans for user acceptance and regression testing; data analysis; problem resolution; and quality assurance.
