Senior Technical Business Analyst - UML/Case Cases/CMM

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years experience utilizing OOAD methodologies such as USDP or RUP to deliver in-house developed software and software packages.

Extensive knowledge and demonstrated ability to effectively gather and manage requirements in Use Cases.

Extensive knowledge and demonstrated ability to further analyze and elaborate Use Cases into business rules and UML artifacts.

Strong communications and interpersonal skills to work with both non technical staff and technical designers and developers.

Ability to lead and/or facilitate project teams through requirements and analysis sessions.

Ability to recognize and control project scope.

Knowledge of SEI CMM.

Related bachelor?s degree.

BACKGROUND PREFERRED:

Experience in working in a matrix team environment.

Mult-disciplined to include software development, process design, project management, UML modeling, CRM.

Experience using software lifecycle tools such as Rational Rose, TogetherJ, Paradigm Plus, DOORS, RTM.

Previous leadership experience preferred.
