Technical Campaign Project Manager

Job Description: POSTION SUMMARY: Responsible for the management of the dedicated teams supporting day-to-day complex, client campaign requirements. Ensures technology is updated to support campaign requirements, handles escalations, oversees various systems-related tasks of a highly complex nature. Acts as primary contact for the client. Responsible for assembling program teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of program tasks. Must be familiar with the systems scope and program objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Communicates with Launch Project Managers, development leaders and functional area managers regarding status of specific programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for managing client specific programs and initiatives.
- Manage resource requirements and ensure program objectives are met
- Validate and manage timekeeping and client billing activities
- Interface with client and TeleTech client partners for new requirements, issues
- Coordinate with virtual team members and peers on solution design and implementation
- Ensure all program documentation is current
- Provide estimates for changes and new requirements; manage delivery to the estimates

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Team/people management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work under high pressure and changing environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Resource allocation and effort forecasting
