Technical Support Analysts

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Technical Support Analysts are responsible for working closely with all clients to identify and resolve issues as they arise and to support their system requirements. The qualified candidate will serve as the first point of initial contact with the client.  This individual is a member of the Service Desk team and, as such, is expected to display technical competency, business acumen, fiscal maturity, client advocacy at all times, and a high level of commitment to achieving the goals of VCPI and to the principles that guide the company. 

 

Technical Support Analyst I

 

EDUCATION: Bachelor?s degree required.

 

CERTIFICATIONS:  CompTIA A+

 

EXPERIENCE:   Two or more years experience in Windows based desktop PC and hardware support.  Proven experience in supporting a wide variety of desktop systems. One or more years experience in direct support of financial business applications.

 

 

Technical Support Analyst II

 

EDUCATION: Bachelor?s degree required.

 

CERTIFICATIONS: CompTIA A+ ; 70-210 Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional or 70-270 Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional

 

EXPERIENCE: Three or more years experience in Windows based desktop PC and hardware support. 

Proven experience in supporting a wide variety of desktop systems.  

 

Technical Support Analyst III

 

EDUCATION: Bachelor?s degree required.

 

CERTIFICATIONS:  CompTIA A+; CompTIA Network+ ;70-210 Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, MCSE preferred or 70-270 Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional, MCSE preferred

EXPERIENCE: Five or more years experience in Windows based desktop PC and hardware support. Proven experience in supporting a wide variety of desktop systems.

HOURS:  Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Monday - Friday 11:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
