Description: Consultis, a premier Minority owned Technical Recruiting Services Company with the single focus of pairing the right candidate and skills set with the right employment opportunity is currently searching for a Technical Implementation Specialist in the St. Petersburg, Fl area.

Full Time position paying $45-60K

Position Summary: Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of enterprise level software based technical solutions for the company's current and future software applications. Assists with ongoing development, integration and deployment solutions for the company's clients, software products and hosting infrastructure. Provide technical implementation support to the Implementation Specialists and Client Support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze system and user requirements
Customize and manage written project plans using formal project management tools
Develop written system and technical designs and specifications
Develop programs, scripts, and deployment solutions where needed
Coordinate Quality Assurance testing
Participate in project implementations and planning
Assist in the technical training of key personnel
Serve as the established technical expert on assigned systems
Pursue continuing education, addressing analysis and upgrading of technical and leadership skills
Other duties, as assigned

Requirements: Qualifications:

The person successfully performing this role will exhibit the following competencies and /or meet the following minimum requirements:

Principles of networked computer systems and architectures; servers, operating systems and networking components; systems design, applications, programming and databases; methods and procedures of program documentation; principles and practices of research methodology and data analysis; techniques and procedures of software and network support for multiple users; production capacities and general capabilities of data processing equipment; systems and procedures analysis and development; information needs, record keeping and reporting activities, and data processing methods; theories and application of programming tools; principles of budget monitoring.

Ability to: Independently research, analyze, and determine appropriate course of action for complex technical solutions, administrative and management practices, procedures, and problems; compose and prepare complex written materials, in a logical, comprehensive, and concise manner; plan, organize, develop, and supervise the work of subordinate staff; follow verbal and/or written instructions; analyze, design, program, and evaluate all systems; use hardware efficiently and effectively; write technical specifications; understand and follow programming and documentation standards; Script application processes; prepare test data and test and debug application scripts and programs; prepare a variety of technical reports/presentations; prioritize workload effectively and meet critical deadlines; communicate effectively with clients' staffs, CareMedic's management and outside vendors.

Bachelor's degree in computer Science, or related major
Industry certifications in networking, software and systems are helpful.
Ability to meet deadlines
Demonstrates prioritization and organization skills
Effective written and oral communication skills
Office skills including Microsoft suite
Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and shift priorities
