Technical Lead IP Telephony

Assignment Will be responsible for setting the direction and plan for the architecture, design, installation and support of an enterprise wide IP Telephony System.
Primary Responsibilities
1) Provide technical leadership and oversight of the analysis, installation and support of an IP Telephony Solution for the client.
2) Build an integrated tecommunications solution utilizing existing legacy PBX systems and new IP Telephony technology solutions to provide a hybrid solition which offers the latest in technology advancements while protecting the current investments.

Required Technical Skills
1) Architect-Technical
2) IP Telephony - with 3 year(s) experience.
Proficient in IP Telephony techologies. Experience in the design, intallation, and support of an IP Telephony system.
3) Voice Messaging - with 5 year(s) experience.
Experience in the design, installation and support of an enterprise class voice messaging system.
4) PBX Experience - with 4 year(s) experience.
Experience working with legacy Nortel and Avaya PBX systems. Ability to integrate digital and IP sytems to create a hybrid environment.
Preferred Technical Skills
1) Unified Communication - with 2 year(s) experience.
Prior experience working with voice and data convergence technologies such as Microsoft, Nortel, Avaya.
2) Microsoft Integration - with 1 year(s) experience.
Experience working with Microsoft technologies as they relate to telecommunications solutions in a converged environment.
