Technical Leads Needed

InterImage, Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead to work onsite in Washington, DC and/or Arlington, VA to join one of the greater Capital region's top 50 fastest growing technology companies and third fastest growing woman-owned businesses named by Washington TECHWAY magazine. 

 

As Technical Lead, you will lead a team to design and develop software applications and/or modules in accordance with requirement specifications.

 

The ideal candidate for Technical Lead must possess the following qualifications:
* Microsoft .Net development expertise
* Expertise in installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft architecture, tools, and technologies
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft programming, such as ASP and/or VB
* SQL Server and/or Oracle development experience
* Experience in the full life cycle of software development including design and implementation
* 5-7 years of related experience
* 3+ years of supervisory experience or as team lead
* Progressive experience in managing complex projects
* Able to translate complex business requirements into IT solutions
* B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

 

In addition to the skills listed above, our ideal candidate should also possess the following desired skills:
* Experience working with BPM software, such as Metastorm
* Good communication skills, both written and oral, in order to work with others or individually
* Ability to manage time and projects in order to meet critical deadlines
* Experience in Technical Design Specification documentation, including system functionality and required software changes
* Experience with Serena's Dimensions or Microsoft Visual Studio Team System
* Experience in an Information Technology, Government or related environment
