Technical Product Manager (CRM)

Build a next-generation Marketing Platform that will provide marketers worldwide with a single integrated solution for planning, executing, and tracking the results of the company?s marketing campaigns, to dramatically improve marketing ROI and maximize the effectiveness of marketing everywhere. As part of this effort, we are looking for a talented Product Manager to set direction and execute product planning for one or more components of the.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure requirements being met for customer/requestor, drive product end goals by understanding business rules, validation routines, and capabilities for end customer. Ensure communications between work steams and business teams are aligned with current phases. Draw from best practices & previous experience to keep alignment of resources on task. Identify & communicate risks prior to issues being realized, take actions to mitigate & resolve. Provide Change Management principles to enable comprehensive ?current? vs. ?to-be? capabilities. Prepare acceptance criteria / documentation from business input. Create demos enabling business teams to realize requirements into reality. Prepare for management or executive level presentations. Collect stakeholder feedback to be prioritized and planned within this, or subsequent releases. All other documentation as needed = familiar with SharePoint. Required Skills (SME) Marketing and Sales pipeline workflow within a CRM system. Experience with industry standards & best practices (incl Privacy issues). Demonstrated ability to create and explain database / CRM system / data flows within an end-to-end workflow funnel; seamlessly communicate with business sponsors / stakeholders, and technical Dev & Test teams. Familiarity with weighting methodologies to quickly identify, prioritize and track risks & issues. Preferred SkillsPrevious experience with MS helpful in Finance, Marketing or Sales capacities.
