Job Description

Integrant is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for its project consulting group. You will be responsible for all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements definition, functional design, technical design, and implementation of the solution. You will interface with clients and management as well as the design and development teams assigned to the project.

Key Responsibilities

? Interface with users to define 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes.

? Recommends cost-effective solutions involving process changes and/or application of new technology.

? Develops conceptual and functional specifications.

? Active involvement in the technical design of the solution.

? Project planning and scope definition.

? Direct a team of project designers and developers.

? Report to management on project status.

Required experience and skills:

? 7+ years experience in defining and implementing software solutions.

? Project management in a software environment, ideally in a consulting environment.

? Experience with process definition and workflow analysis.

? Ability to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

? Experience in leading project teams to the successful completion of projects.

? Requires analytical ability, creativity and judgment in analyzing, developing and implementing software solutions to complex requirements

? Strong interpersonal skills and top-notch communication capabilities both written and verbal as well as at a technical level and business level.

? Attention to detail/quality control, and the ability to analyze and prioritize issues.

? Proven project planning / task management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while retaining sight of the big picture.

? Experience in software development, ideally with high volume transaction oriented applications.

? Previous consulting experiences a big plus.

? Excellent communication, documentation and organization skills

? Excellent problem solving techniques

? Self motivated and strong desire for self improvement

Education:

Minimum Education Requirements for Bachelor Degrees:

? Information System

? Computer Engineering

? Computer Science

? Electrical Engineer

Work Experience:

? 7+ years on the job experience a must! Consulting experience is preferred.
