Need a strong Siebel Configurator, Scripter.  Application description: The Application is a CRM Siebel Implementation supporting all US and Canadian Customer Call Centers, Field Service and Inventory Management processes. The application has interface with various systems like ASAP billing (Siebel EAI, Informatica), Manufacturing (Siebel EIM, Informatica ), Data warehouse (Siebel Analytics, Informatica), FedEx (Siebel EAI, Informatica), Asset Management (Siebel EIM, Informatica). The application has nearly 300 call center users and 350 remote users. Some of the important modules of the Application are Service Request, Activities, Assets, Orders, Products, Cycle Counts, Preventive Maintenance, Audit Trail, Smart Scripts. Siebel Version: 7.5.3.12 [16272] Life Science Siebel Application Server OS (4 Servers): MS Win 2000 Server Database: Oracle 8.1.7.4 Database Server OS: Sun Solaris 2.8 Informatica Version: 6.2 (in the process of upgrading to 7) Informatica Server OS: Unix Support

 

Role description:

Provide application support and development for Navigator Application. Some of the critical activities would be: Siebel Application Administration - Move to Development to Test to Validation to Production during new releases - Maintain Production, Validation, Training, Test and Development environment - Monitor various jobs, tables and create reports - Coordinate with various groups to schedule downtime - Actuate Report Troubleshooting Production Issues - Investigate the issues - Communicate the users on resolutions - Move changes from Development to Production if required - Data remediation Monitoring the interface jobs - Manual intervention if the Siebel Analytics DAC load fails - Troubleshoot and resubmit if Siebel EAI / EIM or Informatica job fails Application Development: - Development using Siebel tools - Modify or create new Actuate Reports - Create new or modify Informatica mapping - Modify batch scripts for various interface jobs

 

Experience:

Three years experience with Siebel application. Siebel workflow and scripting (VB and e-script), EIM, Integration Objects, Siebel Administration (server and remote administration), Siebel configuration. Should have at least 2 years of Actuate Report experience. Should have a good Field Service (Order Management) and Call Center experience. Three years experience with PL SQL (Oracle 8i and greater). Able to write SQL statements to query/update data and write stored procedures. Three years experience with Informatica 6 and some exposure to Informatica 7. Should be able to troubleshoot interface issues related to Informatica. Should be able to create new or modify Informatica mappings. Siebel Analytics experience. Able to run and troubleshoot DAC module.
