Responsibilities:
? Lead architecture initiatives
? Participate in vendor analysis and review, create recommendations, proof of concept, business justifications for technology innovation
? Analysis and definition of requirements and impact assesment on TriZetto hosted environment
? Translate business requirements into technical solutions
? Design of infrastructure needed to successfully deliver TriZetto's hosted application services
? Articulate and present TriZetto hosted architecture to internal and external executive management and key stakeholders
? Applied R&D of new technologies to improve efficiencies in hosting applications
? Perform network and security design to support business functionality and architecture initiatives
? Participate in enterprise-wide technology planning for all of TriZetto's products and services
? Evangalize technology direction throughout TriZetto organization

Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree
? Ten or more years of IT experience; experienced in technical sales support and/or consulting
? Healthcare industry experience required
? Very strong ability to take business requirements and turn them into technical solutions required
? Business analysis and solution architecture experience required
? System analysis, design, engineering, and testing experience
? Technology evaluation and vendor selection experience
? Healthcare, Applications Development, Systems Integration, Technology Infrastructure experience
? Knowledge of Windows 200x, UNIX, SAN & NAS, VMware, networking (TCP/IP), security, MS Office
? Project management skills: ability to plan, organize, and direct the architecture initiatives across multiple teams
? Strong communication skills to interface with managers, staff and clients
? Up to 30% travel
