JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Duties
This position is for a Client/Server and Web based Marketing Campaign Management project(TERM). The assignment will include supporting the current midrange portion of the TERM application as well as working on software/hardware upgrades and small development efforts.
The level of proficiency for technical specialists should be appropriate for the individual in their area of expertise.
Knowledge and Skills
Must have an in-depth knowledge of HP UNIX, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, Oracle. Must be able to design, code, test and debug all middleware code, daemons, cron jobs, scheduled batch jobs and complex PL/SQL procedures. Will need to support on-line users and UNIX batch processes. Must be able to communicate with end users and support groups. Nice to have: knowledge in C, VB6, Java, JSP, STRUTS & ETI. Should have 5-8+ years of experience.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science/related discipline/technical training equivalent or the equivalent in education and work experience.
OTHER CRITERIA
Employer will not sponsor visas for position.
There is no relocation available for this position.
