Responsibilities:
Sr. Technical Support Engineer responsible for working with customers to resolve product related issues encountered with their EasyAsk implementations.
- Receive, acknowledge and log customer issues submitted through email, web, and telephone.
- Reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
- Identify product related issues and interact with Product Development to schedule product fixes and coordinate patches.
- Create and maintain an EasyAsk FAQ database.
- Coordinate weekly internal reviews of support issues.
- Whatever it takes to make the customer satisfied.
Qualifications:
BA/BS/BSCS with at least 3 years experience in a technical customer support role.
*Strong analysis and design skills
*Strong working knowledge of one or more relational databases, specifically Oracle, DB2, and MS SQLserver
*Experience with Java development, JSP, Web Services, and J2EE architectures
Required Experience: 4-6 years
Required Education: Bachelors Degree
